"Genesis was a perfect blend of neuroscience, spirituality and actionable steps paired with community support. This program changed my life. I have been processing sexual trauma going on seven years now (with CBT-DBT-EMDR therapies, Vipassana courses, retreats, online courses etc.) and this program really helped me land in my physical BODY like never before.
